Well… he is me and I am him! This whole thing is a one-person operation based in Athens, Greece.
HOW IS “PUTREFURNACED” PRONOUNCED AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Nobody really knows.
I ENJOY YOUR WORK AND WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT YOU. HOW DO I DO THAT?
You can purchase one or more items from my store, you can commission me to create something for you or your band/brand/whatever or you can send me a one-time tip through PayPal. You will soon be able to become a patron through Patreon as well, but for the time being this is in the planning stages.
Keep in mind that in the current digital landscape liking, sharing, subscribing and all that stuff really helps as well!
WHAT DO I GET IF I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR NEWSLETTER?
First of all you don’t get spammed, since you’ll get 1-3 of these each month, and only if there's a reason for it. On each mail I decide upon a specific benefit for my subscribers, such as special discount codes, early access to a limited edition item or original, exclusive items etc. Social media algorithms are far from the best environment for small businesses such as myself, so this way I get to reach you directly, you choose if you want to open it or not and you can unsubscribe any time you feel like it.

STORE ORDERS & CHECKOUT
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply look around in my store and if you like something and want to purchase it, click on the “add to bag” button. Once you ‘ve finished click the bag icon in the top-right corner and click “view your bag”. You can review your order and if you are ok with everything click “Checkout”.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Enter your information as well as your shipping address and please make sure that everything is correct. Optionally, you can add a discount code and/or a note. Then proceed to pay through PayPal either with a supported card or with your PayPal balance.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
Yes, discounts are available by entering discount codes in the appropriate field at checkout. Right now the available discount codes are:
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS / REFUNDS?
All sales are final, so please make sure to check carefully all images, item descriptions and size charts before purchasing. In some cases I might be ok with an item exchange, but you will have to cover all the extra shipping costs. If you have any questions feel free to hit me up through the contact form.
I always strive to make sure that all items are packaged securely, but in the off chance that your item has suffered damages or is not what you ordered, get in touch and I will do all I can to remedy the situation.
HOW SAFE IS MY INFORMATION?
Your information under no circumstances will be sold to anyone, I respect your privacy.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You are free to use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover debit/credit cards or your PayPal balance. All payments are handled through PayPal.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
Nope. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional, although if you have one you may use it.
HOW SECURE ARE MY PAYMENTS?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When you make a payment in my shop, I won't receive any sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number and as long as you have a secure connection to the legitimate PayPal site, any information you exchange is hidden from prying eyes.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER?
Sure, if none of the above are convenient for you, we can proceed with a bank transfer. Keep in mind that any fees must be handled on your end. For more details please get in touch through the contact form.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
All art prints are carefully rolled in natural acid free tracing paper and kraft paper, then cello-wrapped. All single print orders are shipped in a thick 6.5cm | 2,6” cardboard tube. All orders with multiple prints are shipped in a thick 10.5cm | 4.1” cardboard tube.
All t-shirts are secured in a plastic overbag. Single shirt orders are shipped in a sturdy-packed envelope, while orders of 2 shirts or more are shipped in a cardboard box.
All mini-prints are carefully wrapped in natural acid free tracing paper, placed between a number of cardboard sheets, then cello wrapped and shipped flat, wrapped in kraft paper.
I do everything I can to make sure your order reaches you in top condition. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before being sent out. Stickers and other little goodies are always included with every order as a thank you for the support!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
You will have to check each item’s description for that. Roughly speaking, shipping prices within Greece are free, while international shipping prices start from €14 for print orders and €10 for t-shirts. If you order multiple items shipping costs will be slightly higher due to the added weight.
WHEN & HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
I try to ship all orders as soon as possible but please allow for up to a week from the date you placed your order. I ship all orders through Greece’s Post Office as registered mail.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! A tracking code and link will be sent to your inbox once your order has been fulfilled. In case you don’t see it within a week check your spam folder and if it’s not there please get in touch.
I’VE ORDERED TWO ITEMS OR MORE AND ONLY ONE HAS TURNED UP. WHY?
If your order includes two different types of items, such as a print and a t-shirt, these may have been shipped out separately, since they needed to be packaged differently. No worries, give it a few days and the missing item will reach you as well.
